• Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is fulfilled.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Halo Hearts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your shipping provider to file a claim.

 Return & Exchange Policy
 

Due  to limited inventory and the nature of our custom collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
 

 

Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached — within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, email support@halohearts.co with your order number and reason for the request.

 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item was received damaged or defective.
